“We’re thrilled,” said Richard Baumert, a partner at Millennium Partners, which developed the 15-story glass, steel and brick mixed use complex at 580 Washington St. Altogether there are 256 residences.
The staff is on board, having undergone an intense two-week training program.
Although residents cannot move into the building all at once, that has not deterred the developer from offering special events for the would-be residents in its exclusive “La Vie” program. On Oct. 18 about 100 of them were scheduled to see “Baritones Unbound: Celebrating the Uncommon Voice of the Common Man” at the Emerson/Paramount Center across the street.
After the performance, a reception with the three baritones as honored guests was to be held in the sparkling new clubhouse.
