This property has definitely made its presence known in the past few months becoming the fastest selling luxury residential property in Boston’s history. Although not slated for completion ‘til fall of 2013, Millennium Place’s one-of-a- kind sales center has clearly been in overdrive. Unique interactive displays, including kiosks and 3D floor plans, are an experience in itself. And the Downtown Crossing location certainly doesn’t hurt, having benefitted from significant love from city hall and investment dollars from urban visionaries like Millennium Partners.
A new kind of luxury property in Boston, Millennium Place includes 256 residences with one, two and three bedrooms, designed to create 4 distinct living experiences; The Garden Residences, The Theatre Residences, The Residences on the Avenue and The Grand Residences, ranging in size from 775 sq. ft. to 2,360 sq. ft. It also features 14 penthouses, many with private terraces.
Mayor Menino says it best, “The initial success of Millennium Place is proof-positive that Downtown Crossing is the place to be.”
