Topping Off Ceremony at Millennium Place

After a year of construction, Millennium Place is well on its way to becoming one of the most exclusive Boston luxury residences. On November 16, Millennium Place hit a milestone, with construction officially “topping off.”  At their ‘Topping Off Ceremony” the Millennium team, along with Suffolk Construction, honored all who have contributed their time, passion and dedication to the project.

Scheduled for completion next year, Millennium Place will be a key piece in the revitalization of Downtown Crossing. Not only will the project tie together key portions of the neighborhood, but it is also doing something none of the newer residential projects in the area have done; offering four different options for living styles, including garden residences and theatre residences, which should make for an eminently interesting, cosmopolitan mix of neighbors. And while moving here would certainly put you in walking distance of a plethora of dining and entertainment option, with outstanding amenities on premises, including a Sports Club/LA designed and operated fitness center, a children’s lounge and a manicured garden, it seems residents will have a lot of living to enjoy indoors.

Move in date is projected for the end of 2013, so it sounds like they’ll reach their next milestone soon. We’ll be on the lookout.
