• Millennium Place Unveils High-Tech Site Sign Signaling New Urban Lifestyle Offered By First-of-its-Kind Residential Property

Developer Launches its Latest Project Following the Release of Plans for

Millennium Tower and the Restoration of the Burnham Building

Initial occupancy at Millennium Place slated for fall 2013

BOSTON (June 26, 2012) – Millennium Partners, the internationally renowned developer of exceptional residential properties, officially launches Millennium Place with the unveiling of a high-tech site sign that allows passersby to scan a bar code and watch the entire 15-story building erect on their smart phones.  Millennium Place is slated for initial occupancy in fall 2013.

The site sign, located at the building site on Avery and Washington streets, features a QR (quick response) code that when scanned with a smart phone illustrates a 3-D digital simulation of the build-out of Millennium Place, from ground level through to completion, in 45 seconds. The animation can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the walkway sign or by visiting the Millennium Place website, www.MPLACEBOSTON.com.

“This sign is our calling card to the City of Boston, a never-before-seen use of technology to launch an equally unprecedented new way to live in Boston,” said Anthony Pangaro, principal of Millennium Partners Boston.  “Millennium Place is designed for a modern urban lifestyle, providing access and amenities that will quite literally redefine downtown living.”

Millennium Place will offer premier access to the city’s top cultural and social attractions through Millennium Partners’ proprietary La Vie program, a collection of exclusive activities and events designed to foster a sense of community among residents while connecting them to the city in a way only Millennium Partners can do.  Residents will also have access to a 24-hour private resident concierge, as well as a staff trained to the same exacting, award-winning standards of the five-star Ritz-Carlton across the street, also developed and owned by Millennium Partners.  A private fitness center connected to nearby Sports Club/LA – Boston will provide exclusive customized programs and classes and will also include a wellness center with massage, Pilates and yoga studios.

The first residential property of its kind in Boston, Millennium Place brings together a vibrant community offering an unprecedented lifestyle; unmatched access to Boston’s best cultural and historical destinations such as Boston Common, Chinatown and the financial district; and a central location on Avery amid a richly historic neighborhood thriving with energy, culture, and entertainment.

Designed by acclaimed architect Blake Middleton of Handel Architects, Millennium Place will serve as the keystone of the Avery Street Corridor, a new community brought to life by Millennium Partners’ The Ritz-Carlton and Sports Club/LA – Boston.

“Millennium Place is much more than where to live in Boston,” noted Pangaro, “it is the way to live, representing a dynamic new Bostonian urbanism.”

Millennium Place is a part of Millennium Partners’ plans to invest nearly $1 billion in Boston during the next decade, which includes the Millennium Tower/Burnham Building development, and furthers Millennium Partners commitment to creating vibrant, 24/7 neighborhoods.

Millennium Place’s sales center will open in fall 2012, with initial occupancy slated for fall 2013.  Potential buyers who wish to schedule an appointment can e-mail bostonlives@mplaceboston.com or call 617.452.1555.  To learn more about the project please visit www.MPLACEBOSTON.com.
