Millennium Place Unveils High-Tech Site Sign Signaling New Urban Lifestyle Offered By First-of-its-Kind Residential Property
Developer Launches its Latest Project Following the Release of Plans for
Millennium Tower and the Restoration of the Burnham Building

BOSTON (June 26, 2012) – Millennium Partners, the internationally renowned developer of exceptional residential properties, officially launches Millennium Place with the unveiling of a high-tech site sign that allows passersby to scan a bar code and watch the entire 15-story building erect on their smart phones. Millennium Place is slated for initial occupancy in fall 2013.
The site sign, located at the building site on Avery and Washington streets, features a QR (quick response) code that when scanned with a smart phone illustrates a 3-D digital simulation of the build-out of Millennium Place, from ground level through to completion, in 45 seconds. The animation can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the walkway sign or by visiting the Millennium Place website, www.MPLACEBOSTON.com.
